By proceeding with a ticket purchase, users confirm that they have reviewed and understood the information contained in this notice.

The service subject to the purchase agreement is the sale and distribution of event tickets.
Someone's Ticket operates as a digital ticketing platform that facilitates the sale and distribution of tickets for events organized by third-party event organizers.
Events listed on the Platform may include:
- Concerts
- Festivals
- Cultural events
- Exhibitions
- Conferences
- Sporting events
- Entertainment events
Independent event organizers are responsible for all events listed on the Platform.
Someone's Ticket provides ticketing infrastructure but does not act as the event organizer unless explicitly stated.
Event organizers remain responsible for:
- Event content
- Event schedule
- Venue selection
- Ticket pricing
- Event rules and policies
- Event execution
Someone's Ticket does not determine event programs, performers, event venues, or event rules.
b. Organizer and Seller Information
Tickets sold through the Platform may be provided by different event organizers depending on the specific event.
Information about the relevant event organizer, including available contact details, is displayed on the event page for the selected event.
Users may contact the event organizer using the contact details listed on the event page for questions related to the event.
Someone's Ticket acts as a ticketing platform and service provider, facilitating ticket sales and ticket distribution.

c. Ticket Price and Payment Information
The total ticket price, including applicable taxes, service fees, and additional charges, is displayed on the event ticket purchase page before payment confirmation.
