Someone's Ticket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Users remain responsible for all actions conducted through their accounts.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security
• Comply with event rules and venue policies
• Follow applicable UAE laws and regulations

Users remain liable for all activity performed through their accounts.

Users must access and use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes.

Users may not upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Infringes privacy rights
• Violates public order or UAE law
• Contains malicious code or harmful software

Users remain responsible for any legal consequences arising from misuse of the Platform.

If Someone's Ticket incurs damages resulting from user misconduct, the responsible user may be required to indemnify Someone's Ticket for resulting losses.

Use of automated systems to access the Platform remains prohibited.

Users may not use:

• Bots
• Automated scripts
• Scraping tools
• Spiders
• Automated ticket purchasing systems

Unauthorized automated access may result in account suspension and transaction cancellation.

Events listed on the Platform are created and managed by third-party event organizers.

Information displayed on the Platform may include content provided by these organizers.

Someone's Ticket does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of third-party content.

Responsibility for event details remains solely with the event organizer.

Someone's Ticket aims to maintain reliable Platform operation.

However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

Someone's Ticket does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality.

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

• System maintenance
• Software updates
• Technical failures
• External service disruptions

Someone's Ticket remains not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for convenience only.

Someone's Ticket does not control or assume responsibility for the content, security, or services offered by external websites.

Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

Someone's Ticket reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Platform if users:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse ticket purchasing systems
• Interfere with Platform operations

Termination may occur without prior notice.

Someone's Ticket provides ticketing infrastructure and event listing services.

Someone's Ticket does not organize events and therefore remains not responsible for:

• Event quality
• Performer participation
• Event program changes
• Venue conditions
• Event cancellations

Liability for event execution rests solely with the event organizers.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Someone's Ticket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Personal data collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

Personal data may be collected for purposes including:

• Ticket purchases
• Event entry verification
• Customer support
• Fraud prevention

Someone's Ticket may modify or update the Platform at any time.

Changes may include:

• Feature updates

• Event discovery tools

Someone's Ticket may also remove content or restrict access when necessary.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern these Terms of Use.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

Where applicable, disputes may also be addressed through consumer protection authorities in accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

By accessing or using the Someone's Ticket Platform, users confirm acceptance of these Terms of Use and all related policies published on the Platform.

If users do not agree with these Terms, they should discontinue use of the Platform.
